Full time position: Work Program Coordinator

The Work Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing employment services to clients, maintaining Department of Labor requirements, and overseeing day to day operations.

Job duties include conducting job assessments, job coaching, meeting with Arkansas Rehabilitation Counselors and families, building relationships with local businesses, completing time and wage studies, configuring piece rates, bidding on contracts, and other related duties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills. Bachelor of Science degree preferred.


Full time position: Fine Arts Instructor for adults.

Job duties include teaching the fine art skills of vocal and instrumental music. Experience in music education is a plus.


Full time position: Classroom Instructor/Work Program Instructor.

Job duties include assisting adults in reaching goals and objectives to maximize independence.


Part time position: Delivery Driver for laundry service and contract work.

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
